From setting up outdoor furniture and making the beds to stocking your fridge and the finishing touches, we provide a tailored home management service, so you can focus on enjoying your holiday home.

You’ll benefit from a dedicated and experienced point of contact who takes the time to understand your preferences. From the moment you arrive, everything will be just as you like it....seamless and stress-free.

Whether it's the presentation of a home, the care of a guest experience, or the coordination behind the scenes, our mission is to uphold the exacting standards our clients expect and to do so with a personal, hands-on touch.

Our Services

We take a highly personalised approach to all our clients, but one thing will remain consistent: we're intentionally small so we can provide a personal service. There will not be a revolving door of staff going through your home. We work with high-quality confidential partners because we know that quality, trust and discretion are paramount.

We'll create an individual Home Care Plan that's specific to your needs. The weekly plan operates on a fixed number of hours. We'll agree on this once we've met and understood your needs. Typical services covered in this plan include:

Calixe Home Management Services

·Cleaning the interior and exterior of your home

·Checking all key services are working efficiently

·Detailing, refuelling and organising servicing of vehicles *

·Pressure clean of the exterior and driveway *

·Checking all home integrations (security, air-conditioning, wifi, audio visual)

·Colleting your mail and discarding any junk mail

·Emptying and washing your bins

·Refilling gas bottles*

·Inspecting the home after severe weather events, conducting an initial clean-up and engaging our trade partners for any necessary repairs

·Manage all trades for garden, lawn, pool, pest inspections, solar maintenance or small-scale renovations

·Acting as the primary point of contact for any security issues

·Conducting all pre-arrival clean and details so the property is pristine for you

* we'll provide receipts and issue a separate invoice for any purchases

Calixe Concierge Service

Your home will be welcoming from the moment you arrive with our Concierge Service. As with our Home Care Plan, we'll agree to this service in advance as well any last-minute requests. Before you or your guests are staying at the home, we can provide the following services:

·Re-stocking your pantry, fridge and toiletries *

·Preparing meals before you arrive *

·Meeting you or your guests at the property on arrival *

·Changing linen and bedding

·Clean and general tidying

·Transfers, events, functions and catering

* we'll provide receipts and issue a separate invoice for any purchases

About us....

We're Cate and Luke, founders of Calixe Home Management. We met abroad 17 years ago while working in the global super yacht industry. After several years of applying our trade, Cate became a highly sought after Head Chef, an expert in her field creating memorable dining experiences for yacht owners and guests, and Luke qualified as a First Officer, ensuring safe navigation, a sparkling clean vessel and endless fun for the guests!!

It was fun, but we weren’t getting any younger!!!!  So we moved back home to Australia, stepped back onshore and are now applying this experience to managing high-end private residences and offering private chef services.

We bring the same attention to detail, discretion and professionalism that we learned in the Super Yacht industry, to your luxury Sunshine Coast holiday home.
